  • A public space in a private residence in Shimokitazawa.
  • Available for concerts, recitals, art showings, parties, dance events, yoga classes, photo shootings, etc.
  • Main hall on B2 is 75 . meters; mezzanine on B1 is 21 sq. meters. (floor plan below).
  • Bar area and refrigerators available for use (you must supply own refreshments; we can accept delivery and stock food and beverages for a surcharge); bathroom connected to hall.
  • Grand (Yamaha C3) and upright pianos for use.
  • Dance mirrors, linoleum and ballet bar available.
  • Space can be configured to be entirely open, with folding chairs (up to 70), with low tables and cushions, etc.
  • Projector is also available.
  • Single parking space at Hall may be available; paid parking lot a short walk from Hall.

下北沢の住居に隣接する貸しスペースで、コンサートや、リサイタル、アートの展示、ヨガのクラス、写真・ビデオ撮影などが可能な多目的アート空間です。
